About the Founders

Lanre Rotimi is a Chemist, Banker and Stockbroker by training and International Development Cooperation Consultant by training.

He developed the first approved Unit Trust Scheme, in Nigeria, Dunis Investment Bond, in 1990.

He Co Created Policy, Program, Project Cycle Management, 3PCM Approach to National and International Development Cooperation, with Dr Helmut Eggers in 2009.

The Original Contrubution of 3PCM Approach to National and International Development Cooperation is Systems Reform.

3PCM Approach is Most All Inclusive, All Embracing and Ambitious Approach to design and delivery of National and International Development Cooperation Policy, Program, Project Interventions, 3PIs and 3PIs Training as One as applicable or appropriate in each specific Community, Sub-Country, Country, Sub-Continent, Continent and Global location context.

The Vision of his Organization is Help End Hunger, Malnutrition and Poverty in all North and South Countries by 2035.

In the past over 30 years, he worked with Government Lagos State, Nigeria as operator and consultant from 1997 to 1999 on Private Sector Participation in Waste Management Scheme.

This work, led to more Public Sector work with select States and Federal Government in Nigeria on Comprehensive Sustainable Solutions to Complex Systemic Problems of Ending Hunger, Malnutrition and Poverty in all North and South Countries.

Between 2000 – 2001, we deployed our Model to help the Nigeria Postal Service, NIPOST to achieve delivery of mail anywhere in Nigeria in 72 hours.

We did a lot of work with Nigeria President Obasanjo between 2000 to 2007. We contributed much towards the Reforms undertaken by President Obasanjo.

We were in constructive engagement of UK Government, Ireland Government, Commonwealth, some UN Entities etc at the International level.

Our experience is Technical Solutions to achieving SDGs in all North and South Countries by 2035 exists. Without complementary Political Solutions these Technical Solutions are no issue or amount to no issue. Should Technical and Political Solutions be found, all remaining Solutions- Economic, Cultural, Financial, Social, Security, Climate, Environment etc will emerge as applicable or appropriate in each specific Community, Sub-Country, Country, Sub-Continent, Continent and Global location context.

He, along with Chuck Woolery and Steven Jay are Foundation Members and Trustees of Integrated Visions for achieving SDGs in all North and South Countries. IVASNS design and delivery uniquely position it to succeed on sustainable basis, where similar past and ongoing initiatives FAILED.

Chuck Woolery spent the last 4.5 decades analyzing global issues, professionally promoting the protection of Human Rights and the environment.  His successes in mobilizing grassroots and Grasstops campaigns to do transformational advocacy to increase US aid targeting child survival, maternal health, biosecurity threats, and the global rule of law (to replace the existing law of force) led to his peers in global health electing him to the Action Board of the American Public Health Association, with other peers outside of APHA elected him to Chair of the United Nation’s Association Council of Organizations (over 100 US based NGOs with a collective membership of over 25 million Americans).

His specialty since 1980 has been connecting US health, freedom, security, and prosperity to our need to improve the lives of the poorest half of humanity. He’s been published over 600 times in newspapers, magazines, and professional journals doing this.  And three times presented testimony to US Congressional appropriations committees warning of the costly consequences, in blood and treasure, of failing.  He’s reframed the NFL acronym to mean “Nobody Freaking Listens” attempting to bring humor and our cognitive failings to light.

He lives in Rockville MD with his wife, a few pets, in a home he has doubled in size by dumpster jumping – then applying his building skills and plentiful energy using reclaimed materials. It supports a 1,200 sq roof deck where he and his wife grow native plants and sometimes party. And converted their entire yard into a wildlife corridor with native plants, bushes, and trees.  He says there is a fine line between being holistic and assholistic…and he tries hard not to cross that line.  Rockville city once fined him for his yard and home expansion.  Now both the city and county give him awards, with the city mayor asking him for native plant advice.

In Chuck’s professional advocacy employment in DC he often made the mistake of telling people what they needed to know – instead of what they wanted to hear.  Now, he agrees with Jesus.  The truth will set you free!
